Retail goods warehouse worker — Stargard

Detailed vacancy conditions

Place of work: Stargard, approximately 40 km from Szczecin.

Picking orders for stores using special equipment. The task and the location of the boxes are displayed on a tablet.

Piecework payment depends on the average monthly number of boxes collected per hour. The source title gives an indication: PLN 5,000–6,000 per month for employees without student status; PLN 7,000–8,000 per month for students. The source does not specify netto/brutto. Actual earnings depend on productivity.

Source requirements: men and women, citizens of Ukraine up to 45 years old; couples – by agreement and availability of rooms.

Schedule: 2 shifts, 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00. Working Saturdays and up to 2 additional hours per shift are possible. Break: 25 minutes. Progress is assessed during training; adaptation period – up to 21 days.

Housing: PLN 150 per month; apartments and private houses, 3-4 people per room. Travel by public transport; PLN 150 per month for travel expenses is reimbursed.

Medical examination: PLN 150. Certificate for pallet trucks: PLN 200. Both amounts are deducted from salary. If you already hold a certificate or a Polish category B driving licence, present it before starting work. Previous experience and an existing licence are not required; training is provided on site.

Salary: on the 20th of the following month to a bank account. Advance payments are available until the first payday. The contract is signed on the spot; its type is agreed upon before starting work.

The trial period lasts up to 21 days. A lack of progress may lead to termination of cooperation. A leader is present on the shift to provide training and support.
