Salary:
• Guaranteed rate: 28.59 PLN net/hour.
• For students: 35.40 PLN net per hour
Pay is issued regularly between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Responsibilities:
• Fish filleting and manual processing of fish raw materials;
• Removing bones from fish fillets;
• Preparing fish products for further stages;
• Sorting and quality control of products;
• Packaging and labeling of finished products;
• Working with production equipment after training;

Work schedule:
• Work in 2 shifts:
• 1st shift: 06:00–14:00;
• 2nd shift: 14:00–22:00.
• Approximately 180-200 hours per month.
• Work 5-6 days per week, with paid breaks.

Accommodation:
• For employment starting by 30.10.2026: 3 months free provided that all 3 months are completed. If the employee leaves earlier, the cost of accommodation for the entire period actually worked is paid by the employee.
• Employment from 1 November – accommodation cost: 600 PLN per month, deducted from the salary.
• Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
• Bed linen and dishes – have your own!
• 20 minutes walk to work from home.

• Arrival for registration in Pruszcz Gdański!
• Work standing, in a room with a reduced temperature.
• Room temperature: +8°C to +10°C.
• Work clothes – we provide.
• Medical examination at the expense of the company.
• Before starting work, an introductory and professional briefing on occupational health and safety (BHP) is conducted.
