- EUROWIZA details, contract terms, complaint information and consumer rights.
- Full prepayment, an advance or staged payments, amounts and deadlines are set out in the individual offer and agreed before contracting. Each payment relates to a specific agreed order.

Before paying, check the EUROWIZA name, amount, currency and order or case reference. Do not send card numbers, CVV or banking codes in messages. Send payment queries to info@eurowiza.com.
Questions, complaints and cancellation
For an agreed service or payment, email info@eurowiza.com with the case or order reference and a description of the issue. Do not attach unnecessary document scans. Detailed payment arrangements and client rights must be agreed before contracting; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
