Withdrawal, refunds and complaints

Before paying, check the service scope, provider details and total in your quote or contract.

1. Withdrawal

For an online service contract, a consumer generally has 14 days from conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason. Send a statement to info@eurowiza.com or the EUROWIZA postal address. Using the sample below is optional.

2. Starting within 14 days

Early performance requires the client’s express request and appropriate information. Following withdrawal, only the proportion actually performed may be charged where statutory conditions are met. Payment alone does not constitute an early-start request. The early-start request and acknowledgement of its consequences are recorded separately, for example by email, and retained. Marketing consent is not required.

3. Full performance

Withdrawal rights may end after full performance with the consumer’s express consent, prior notice of that consequence and acknowledgement. Merely making a payment does not end withdrawal rights.

4. Refunds

A statutory withdrawal refund is made without undue delay, no later than 14 days after the statement is received. The same payment method is used unless the client expressly accepts a different method without additional cost. Settlement of a properly performed part follows the law.

5. Complaints

Send the order or payment reference, issue and requested resolution to info@eurowiza.com or the registered address. Do not send card details. A response is supplied on a durable medium within the applicable statutory deadline. A service complaint and statutory withdrawal are separate rights. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days of receipt unless specific legislation provides otherwise, by email or another durable medium.

6. Optional withdrawal statement

To: EUROWIZA Sp. z o.o., ul. Stanisława Leszczyńskiego 4/25, 50-078 Wrocław, info@eurowiza.com. I withdraw from the contract for: …; contract date: …; order reference: …; consumer name and address: …; date: …; signature — only for a paper statement.

7. Scope

Statutory withdrawal applies to consumer contracts and other persons where required by law. For other business contracts, termination and settlement follow the agreement and applicable law. A complaint may be submitted independently of withdrawal rights. Information on out-of-court consumer dispute resolution: https://polubowne.uokik.gov.pl/.
