Work at a modern automotive factory in Łódź, ul. Lodowa 80/84. Moderate pace in a dry, warm workplace.

Pay

• Base amount stated in the offer: 3605 net. The currency and calculation period for this amount require confirmation.
• Supplements: nights +20%, public holidays and Sundays +100%, overtime +50%.
• No separate student rate. Advance of 200–300 PLN after 14 days worked.
• Stated average earnings: 4500 PLN; the calculation period and gross/net basis require confirmation.

Schedule and contract

• 5–6 days, three shifts rotating weekly: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00 and 22:00–06:00. The schedule depends on the process and workload, up to 12 hours a day.
• Umowa o pracę (employment contract). Onboarding takes 1–3 working days. The source states that the contract is signed during the first working week, depending on the administration workload; confirm the signing arrangements before starting work.

Accommodation and transport

• 550 PLN for utilities; 3–4 people per room. Couples live in a separate room. No allowance for your own accommodation.
• Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, washing machine and bathrooms; bring your own bed linen.
• Commuting independently by public transport.

Duties

• Operate production machines and perform repetitive, mainly automated tasks.
• Assemble aluminium tubes: place components in the machine, start the process and check for defects.
• Visual quality control, marking parts and keeping production documentation. Instructions are available in Polish and Ukrainian.

Requirements and conditions

• Women, men and couples up to 55 years old. Men must be at least 177 cm tall.
• Biometric passport, visa or residence card with legal entitlement to work.
• Free work clothing.
