Pay

With your own accommodation: up to 90% of the output target — 26.50 PLN/hour; 90–100% — 28.50 PLN/hour; above 100% — 29.50 PLN/hour. Students under 26 with their own accommodation: 32 / 34 / 35 PLN/hour respectively. The source does not specify gross or net amounts; confirm this before accepting employment. A 400 PLN advance may be available after the first two weeks.

Schedule

2 day shifts of 12 hours, 2 days off, then 2 night shifts of 12 hours. Normally 160–180 hours per month. 200–220 hours are possible only after training and individual agreement on extra shifts during the interview.

Accommodation and costs

The stated rates apply to workers with their own accommodation. Employer accommodation availability and cost are unconfirmed. Medical examination: 280 PLN deducted from the first salary. No equipment deduction if you bring suitable workwear and safety boots with steel toe caps. Company equipment: 150 PLN deducted from the first salary, refunded after three full months of work.

Duties and requirements

Gdańsk, near the airport. Processing metal parts for automotive braking systems, operating equipment and checking quality, with some manual work. Entering processed quantities into a computer, recording tools, keeping the workplace clean, following supervisor instructions and safety rules, and reporting faults. No experience required. Recruitment is open to men and women.
