Umowa zlecenie; the health-contribution-only variant depends on status. Shifts 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, no nights; 15-minute break. The source lists 31.40 gross without a pay unit. Net figures 25.36/22.69 refer to an old 2025 income threshold and PESEL; 25.12 to non-residency; 31.40 to students under 26 or a residence certificate.
