Required documents

The main requirement is an official invitation from a Polish company.

Document package

  • Visa application form (Type C, purpose: Business).
  • Passport valid for at least 3 months beyond the planned trip.
  • Photo 3.5×4.5 cm.
  • Original business invitation from a Polish company.
  • Medical insurance with coverage of at least €30,000 (valid for the entire trip).
  • Proof of financial means (bank statement or guarantee letter from the inviter).
  • Proof of accommodation and travel booking.
  • For entrepreneurs: company registration documents (registry extract, license, etc.).
