- Age 18–55.
- No individual exceptions for women or men.
- Willingness to work a four-shift schedule: 4 night shifts, 2 days off.
- 4 evening shifts, 1 day off.
- 4 morning shifts, 1 day off.
- Motivation and commitment to work.
- Ability to use measuring instruments and power tools and to read technical drawings.
