Aluminium window and door production worker

Work location

• YAWAL, Koksownicza 9, 42-523 Dąbrowa Górnicza.

Pay and payments

• PLN 32.50 gross/hour. Indicative net pay below PLN 30,000 income in 2026: PLN 26.24 with PIT-2 and PLN 23.24 without PIT-2. Individual applicability needs clarification; pay after crossing the threshold is unspecified.

Duties

• Producing aluminium windows and doors to documentation: profile cutting, milling/CNC, fitting hardware and seals; operating saws, milling/CNC machines and power tools.
• Measuring to inspection plans, glazing, packing, preparing dispatch components and quality reports. Follow safety rules and internal procedures; suggest process, organisation and safety improvements.

Working hours

• Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00; no nights. Overtime possible. 168–180 hours/month.

Requirements

• Men aged 18–50 without exceptions; applicants from Ukraine preferred. Vocational training as a fitter, toolmaker or carpenter; caliper, tape measure, protractor and height gauge skills, technical drawings, basic PC and conversational Polish.
• Drill, screwdriver, grinder and jigsaw skills; accuracy, manual ability, shift availability, working under time pressure, organisation, teamwork and reliability.

Accommodation and transport

• Housing: PLN 550; period needs clarification, 3–4 people per room. Own housing: PLN 1 net per worked hour. Commuting arrangements need clarification.

Contract and additional conditions

• Umowa zlecenie; eligibility for health-contribution-only treatment depends on individual status.
