Confectionery packer

Work location

• MIESZKO S.A., 47-400 Racibórz, Starowiejska 75; Opawska 172.
• Confectionery production; work may be at either Racibórz site.

Pay and payments

• PLN 31.40 gross/hour; students under 26 with verified status: PLN 31.40 net/hour.
• Indicative net pay: PLN 25.36/hour up to PLN 30,000 cumulative gross income in Poland in 2026, and PLN 22.69/hour above it. Actual pay depends on tax and insurance status.
• Eligibility for PIT-2 treatment is assessed individually.

Duties

• Assembling cardboard boxes, packing, labelling and sorting products; moving and lifting 5–8 kg packages; visual quality checks.

Working hours

• Three 8-hour shifts: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00. Around 168 hours/month. A 20-minute break, plus 10 minutes on a 12-hour shift.

Requirements

• Valid Sanepid documentation, reliability and readiness for standing and shift work. Seasonal work with longer-term availability expected; the season duration needs clarification.

Accommodation and transport

• Housing: PLN 470; billing period needs clarification. Rooms for 3–4, standard beds, duvets, pillows and bedding; free laundry machines and Wi-Fi.
• Own housing supplement: PLN 1.50 per worked hour; gross/net treatment and commuting arrangements need clarification.

Contract and additional conditions

• Umowa zlecenie; eligibility for health-contribution-only treatment depends on individual status.
• Sanitary examination: PLN 150 deduction. Workwear: PLN 180 if leaving before the end of the first month.
• No jewellery, loose hair, nail polish, makeup or false eyelashes.
