Pay and advance

1300–1400 € gross/month. From 944 € net for 160–184 hours; from 1100 € net with extra hours. 1100 € is not a guaranteed base amount. A 150 € advance may be available after 10 working days; request it at least one week beforehand.

Schedule and breaks

Planned workload — 160–180 hours/month; income calculations also use up to 184 hours, so the exact workload needs clarification. Shifts 07:00–19:00 or 19:00–07:00. Cycles of 4 days on / 4 off or 3 / 3 according to production needs; night shifts within a particular cycle need confirmation. A 10-minute break every 2 hours, 30-minute lunch. An extra 20–30 hours/month may be agreed individually.

Duties

Portioning and packing shrimp on a line, manually stacking boxes on pallets, palletising, production operations, marinating, rinsing and preparing products.

Requirements

Women aged 18–55, at least 160 cm tall, no contraindications to physical work. Good dexterity, attention, accuracy, quick reactions and responsibility. Scale skills are an advantage. On-site training is provided.

Documents and contract

For Ukrainian citizens: temporary protection in Lithuania, presence in Ukraine on 24 February 2022; no valid visa, Polish residence card, active PESEL UKR or protection in another European country; previous protection requires proof of termination. Conditions for Lithuanian citizens need clarification. Temporary employment contract (umowa o pracę tymczasowa).

Working conditions

Standing work indoors, high humidity, temperature no higher than +15 °C. Rubber boots for some processes. Clothing and footwear are free. Artificial nails, eyelash extensions, facial piercings and jewellery are prohibited.

Accommodation and meals

Free, 2–3 people per room; washing machine, TV, fridge, drying rack, microwave and dishes. Bringing bedding, a cup, spoon and saucepan is recommended. Free food during the shift: soup, a side with a meat dish, salad and a drink; two cups of coffee or tea. A paid canteen is also available.

Transport and arrival

About 15 minutes to work by free city transport. Organised departure from Lviv: ticket 100 €. Independent arrival is possible, with paperwork in Vilnius on Tuesdays.
