Pay

Base salary 31 200 CZK gross/month. Indicative average pay of about 33 000 CZK net depends on bonuses, shifts and overtime and is not guaranteed. Monthly bonus up to 3 150 CZK for performance and good teamwork, conditional on 100% attendance; half-year bonus of 8 000 CZK without absence. Weekend premium 25%, overtime premium 25%. Additional-shift bonuses: 2 — 500 CZK, 3 — 800 CZK, 4 — 1 100 CZK, 5 — 1 600 CZK. Other premiums combining overtime, weekends and holidays depend on the schedule; exact rates are unspecified.

Two advances of 2 000 CZK are available before the first salary: after the 5th and 15th worked shifts.

Schedule and duties

Shifts 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00 and 22:00–06:00, rotating weekly; 7.5 working hours plus a 30-minute break. Weekends are normally free; a 4-shift system with 11-hour shifts is possible. 160–200 hours/month. Assembly of air-conditioning systems, control panels and sensors, with quality checks. Physical work while standing.

Requirements and onboarding

Women and men aged 18–50; Ukrainian citizens or EU passport holders. Pre-employment tests cover attention, speed, accuracy, following instructions, assembly and sorting. Temporary employment contract and 30 days of leave. Coordinator assistance with temporary-protection paperwork; the competent authority decides on status. Language level is unspecified.

Accommodation and transport

Accommodation costs 1 000–1 500 CZK/month; 2–3 people per room with a private bathroom and toilet, separate rooms for couples. Own-accommodation allowance of 3 000 CZK. About a 265-metre walk to work.

Workwear and meals

Workwear, shoes and laundry are free; personal closed work shoes are needed for the first month. Meals cost about 23 CZK against a full price of 50 CZK, with a card limit of 1 200 CZK/month. When the canteen is closed, a 50 CZK meal allowance is listed; 100 CZK applies to a shift lasting 11 hours or more.
