🏢 Job Description
Field work picking lettuce on modern agricultural enterprises. The harvest is carried out in groups of approximately 20 people using specialized machines where the lettuce is collected, chopped, and packaged in film.

🛠 Responsibilities
• Harvesting lettuce and other vegetables in the field
• Operating specialized harvesting machines
• Sorting and stacking produce
• Compliance with production standards and quality requirements

🕒 Work Schedule
• Monday – Saturday
• Sunday – closed
• Start time: approximately 05:00–05:30
• End time: approximately 17:00
• Break time: 2 and 15 and 30 minutes
• Base work rate: 38 hours per week + overtime
⚠️ Downtime is possible depending on weather conditions.

💰 Wages
Rate: 14,99 EUR gross/hour
Overtime allowances:
• 38–48 hours per week — additional payment of +8,25%
• 48–55 hours per week — additional payment of +25%
• After 6 months of work, all hours over 38 hours are paid with an additional payment of +35%
Additional payments:
• Vacation pay — 8,33%
• Vacation reserve — 10,92%
These payments are accrued monthly along with the salary.
💶 The average salary at the end of the previous season was 2200–2700 EUR net per month.
📅 Salary payment is due on the 15 date of each month.
💳 Payment options:
• in euros (to a EUR currency account)
• in Polish zloty

📄 Agreement
• Umowa o pracę (tymczasowa)

🏠 Accommodation
Accommodation cost: 429 EUR/month
🏡 Accommodation in a house with all necessary amenities:
• Free Wi-Fi

⚠️ You must bring your own:
• blanket
• pillow
• bed linen
👫 Couples live separately from other employees.
Deposit
• 200 EUR refundable deposit
• 100 EUR retained after first salary
• 100 EUR retained after second salary
• Refunded upon completion of employment

👤 Requirements
• Age from 18 to 55 years
• Good physical condition
• No contraindications to physical labor
• Willingness to work in field conditions
Suitable documents:
✅ Valid Polish visa + stay in Poland for at least 30 days
or
✅ Residence card with access to the labor market + decision
Additionally:
• Must have an entry stamp into Poland
• The entry date must be after the visa issue date
• The candidate must not have student or apprentice status in Poland

• Waterproof trousers
• T-shirt
• Cap
