Household Goods Warehouse Worker — Cheb

Cheb — Warehouse Operator
Work location: Cheb (Cheb), Czech Republic
Work in a modern logistics warehouse that processes clothing, textiles, household goods, and other consumer goods.
Salary
Salary: 29 500–34 000 CZK gross/month.
Estimated Income:
• For 177 hours worked, net income is approximately 34 000 CZK (≈ 1 397 €).
Salary Payment
• Salaries are paid on the 20th of each month.
• If the payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, payment is made on the last working day before that date.
• Two advance payments of 2 000 CZK are possible:
• After the 5th shift worked.
• After the 15th shift worked.
Bonuses and Allowances
• Monthly bonus – up to 3 500 CZK.
• Paid vacation — 25 days per year.
Allowances:
• Saturday and Sunday work — +10%.
• Night shifts (22:00–06:00) — +10%.
• Overtime on weekdays — +25%.
• Overtime on weekends — +40%.
• Work on holidays — +100%.
Work schedule
160–170 hours per month.
Three shifts:
• 06:00–14:00.
• 14:00–22:00.
• 22:00–06:00.
Standard Shift Duration:
• 7,5 paid working hours.
• 30 lunch break minutes (unpaid).
2 mandatory Saturday work hours are possible throughout the month.
Responsibilities
• Order picking.
• Packing goods.
• Product labeling.
• Operating a handheld scanner.
• Sorting goods.
• Placing products in the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading goods.
Candidate Requirements
• Attentiveness and responsibility.
• Willingness to work actively on your feet.
• Ability to work at a fast pace.
• Compliance with established work standards.
Working Conditions
• Modern, clean logistics warehouse.
• Comfortable indoor temperature.
• Well-lit workstations.
• The employer provides special work clothing.
Physical Workload:
• Occasionally, carrying boxes weighing up to 20 kg is required.
• Depending on operational needs, up to 40 kg.
Employment Type
Official temporary employment contract: Umowa o pracę (tymczasowa).
Night shifts are available.
Accommodation
The cost of accommodation is 3 000 CZK per month.
Accommodation is provided in Cheb (Cheb).
Accommodation:
• Rooms for 2–4 people.
• Separate rooms are available for married couples.
• Shared kitchen.
• Washing machine.
• Bathroom.
• Furnished rooms.
• Bed linen. For employees with their own housing:
The company will reimburse up to CZK 3 000 per month, depending on the number of hours worked.
Transportation
From your place of residence to the warehouse:
• About CZK 20–25 minutes' walk.
• Public transportation is also available.
Meals
For day and evening shifts:
One free hot lunch is provided.
Choice of:
• Soup.
• Side dish with meat or fish.
• Beverages.
• Vegetarian menu.
For night shifts:
The employer will reimburse the cost of dinner: CZK 100 per shift. This reimbursement is paid with your salary.

Průmyslový Park Industrial Park 2. The city is located near the German border and has a well-developed infrastructure.
Additional Information
• Applicants from Ukraine must have health insurance for the first 7–10 days of their stay.
• It is recommended to have approximately 400 € for initial expenses.
• The first full salary is received approximately 1,5 months after the start of work.
• Advances are available prior to the first salary payment.
