Duties

• Assembling equipment according to documentation, instructions and quality standards.
• Self-checks, testing and parameter checks; basic operation of production machinery.

• Maintaining production records and keeping the workstation tidy.

Working hours

• Two shifts: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00. No night shifts.
• Monday to Friday, occasionally Saturdays. Standard shifts last 8 hours, with possible 10–12-hour shifts. 160–190 hours per month.

Requirements

• Polish at B1 level or above, manual dexterity and precision when working with small parts.
• Ability to follow technical documentation and willingness to work at different project sites.

Pay and bonuses

Base rate: 31.40 PLN gross/hour. The offer states 25.36 PLN net/hour for workers whose gross income in Poland in 2026 has not exceeded 30,000 PLN, and 22.69 PLN net/hour after this threshold is exceeded. Student rate: 31.40 PLN net/hour.

The bonus depends on average monthly productivity and time worked: 60 items/hour — 1,300 PLN gross; 65 — 1,750 PLN; 70 — 2,200 PLN. Each additional 5 items/hour adds 450 PLN to the bonus. A partial month is paid proportionally. Confirm the final amount and current bonus rules when arranging employment.

Schedule

160–200 hours per month. Monday–Saturday, 8-hour shifts: 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00. During peak season, 10-hour shifts are possible. No night shifts. A 30-minute break includes 15 paid minutes.

Housing and commute

Housing deduction: 600 PLN; the deduction period requires confirmation. Houses or apartments with rooms for 2–4 people and standard beds. Bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided; equipped kitchens, free washing machines and Wi-Fi are available. Housing is within walking distance of the workplace. A subsidised lunch is offered.
