Duties

• Assembling cables, harnesses, modules and housings; installing interlocks. Winding cables to diagrams on fixed assembly boards. Harness and production testing, including a tester up to 5 kV.
• Machine cutting and potting, feeding and unloading cables, replacing reels. Packing and stacking materials, making packaging and entering basic data into a computer.

Working hours

• Monday–Friday, two 12-hour shifts: 06:00–18:00 and 10:00–22:00. No night shifts. Optional Saturdays. Advertised monthly hours: 160–240; the actual number of shifts is set in the rota.

Requirements

• Polish language, similar work experience, manual skills and good physical fitness. Ages 18–55.
• No exceptions to the age criterion. Preferred nationality: Ukrainian.

Duties

• Hand and machine grinding of composites; surface preparation for painting/assembly, hand laminating with resin and glass/carbon fibre, repairs and finishing to technical documentation. Follow processes, safety rules and housekeeping.

Working hours

• Monday–Friday, normally 1–2 shifts; high demand adds a third night shift. 07:00–15:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00. Overtime and optional Saturdays possible. 160–240 hours/month. An unpaid 30-minute break.

Requirements

• Current recruitment: men. Grinding or laminating experience, stamina, attention and power tool skills; no allergies to epoxy resins or other chemicals. Ukrainian or Russian; Polish is an advantage. Interview at the office and then at the plant.

• Housing: PLN 900, period needs clarification. Gdańsk hostels, rooms for 3–4, shared kitchen/bathroom, washing machine and internet. Public transport takes around 15–20 minutes; fare needs clarification.
