Pay

31.40 PLN gross/hour. Indicative net rates in the offer: 25.36 PLN for income up to 30,000 PLN gross in Poland in 2026; 22.69 PLN above that threshold; 25.12 PLN for non-residents based on a questionnaire including 20% tax; 31.40 PLN net for students under 26. Actual net pay depends on individual status. A performance bonus of 200–300 PLN net may be available and is not guaranteed.

Schedule and contract

Umowa zlecenie (civil law contract). Shifts: 07:00–15:00/17:00 and 16:00–00:00/02:00. Working days: Monday–Saturday; the offer states 180–200 hours per month. The individual shift and hours schedule is clarified when applying. A 20-minute break, with an additional break for a 12-hour shift.

Accommodation and transport

Address: 76-200 Słupsk, ul. Braci Staniuków 36. Accommodation costs 800 PLN per month: flats or houses in Słupsk, rooms for 2–4 people, separate rooms for couples, kitchens, bathrooms and Wi-Fi. Free transport to work provided by the employer.

Duties

MILAREX processes salmon and produces smoked, fresh and frozen fish. Production line duties include preparation, cutting, removing bones, filleting, cleaning and scaling; packing, weighing and labelling products.

Requirements and conditions

Ages 18–55. Manual dexterity, good eyesight and responsibility are required. Temperature: +13…+14 °C. No artificial nails, false eyelashes or jewellery. Hair must be tied back.

Additional terms

Sanitary examination: 280 PLN, deducted from the second salary payment. The deduction for leaving before the minimum working period is 500 PLN; it does not apply after two weeks of work. Meals are at the employee’s expense.

Base salary: 5020 PLN gross per month. A performance bonus may be available; the amount and conditions are clarified when applying.

Schedule and contract

Temporary employment contract (umowa o pracę tymczasową). 8-hour shifts: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00. Updated indicative total: 160 hours per month. The offer lists Sunday–Friday with Saturday off; the individual schedule is agreed when applying. A 30-minute break.

Duties

DHL handles online orders for clothing, footwear and cosmetics. Receiving deliveries and returns, sorting, storing goods, picking orders, collecting products from the conveyor, packing in boxes or envelopes, quality checks and dispatch preparation. Moving goods manually or using a trolley. Computer and scanner interfaces are in Ukrainian.

Requirements and conditions

Physical fitness, readiness for shift work, teamwork, accuracy and willingness to learn. Work is mainly standing or walking; goods weigh up to 2 kg. Temperature: +22…+25 °C.

Additional terms

Pay and payments

Duties

• Receive and issue production materials, check and count inventory, prepare reports and use a handheld scanner.
• Operate a front or side forklift for low-level storage. Assist with warehouse tasks; occasionally perform other processes depending on orders.

Working hours

• 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, day and night shifts 07:00–15:00 / 15:00–23:00 / 23:00–07:00. 168–200 hours/month. One 30-minute break.
• Overtime depends on orders. High season may include up to two working Saturdays, voluntary or mandatory.

Requirements

• Aged 18–55. UDT category I or II certification, physical fitness and shift availability.
• Teamwork, accuracy and willingness to learn. Preferred nationality: Ukrainian. Room-temperature workplace with health and safety rules.
