Location

• Sites in Warszawa, Zielonka and Kobyłka. The specific location is agreed before work starts.

Pay and payments

• PLN 5300 gross per month. Net pay depends on the individual payroll calculation.

Duties

• Assembling equipment according to documentation, instructions and quality standards.
• Self-checks, testing and parameter checks; basic operation of production machinery.
• Identifying and reporting quality issues and suggesting process improvements.
• Maintaining production records and keeping the workstation tidy.

Working hours

• Two shifts: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00. No night shifts.
• Monday to Friday, occasionally Saturdays. Standard shifts last 8 hours, with possible 10–12-hour shifts. 160–190 hours per month.

Requirements

• Polish at B1 level or above, manual dexterity and precision when working with small parts.
• Ability to follow technical documentation and willingness to work at different project sites.

Workplace conditions

• Standing work at +18…+21 °C. The description states that production is clean, without noise or odours.
• Workwear is provided free of charge. Phones, recording devices, jewellery, perfume, makeup, artificial nails and eyelashes are prohibited.

Pay and payments

Duties

Working hours

Full job description

Pay

Base salary: 5600 PLN gross per month. A team bonus of up to 1500 PLN gross per month may apply from the start, with lower targets during the first two months of training. The bonus is prorated for the start date and reduced proportionally for absences. Overtime is paid separately under the employment contract terms.

Schedule and contract

Temporary employment contract (umowa o pracę tymczasową). Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00, 168–174 hours per month. Voluntary overtime with supervisor approval: 14:00–18:00 or 22:00–02:00. A 30-minute break for an 8-hour shift.

Address: 81-029 Gdynia, ul. Północna 11. Public transport stops are available nearby. Accommodation arrangements and commuting costs are clarified when applying.

Duties

Manufacturing stainless steel commercial kitchens: microplasma welding of sheet metal, grinding, assembly and installation following instructions, metalworking and welding. Welding qualifications are not required during the first two months; training, a TIG course and mentor support are provided.

Requirements and conditions

Ages 18–55. Ability to read technical drawings, manual dexterity, physical fitness, attention to detail and readiness for a fast working pace. Power tool experience is an advantage. Polish sufficient for work communication. A CV or experience summary and a copy of any welding certificate are needed. A clean workplace; mostly standing at height-adjustable tables. Protective clothing, gloves, footwear, goggles, earplugs and masks are provided.

Additional terms

The TIG course costs 3000 PLN. A three-month work period with mentor support follows receipt of the certificate. Leaving early may result in the course cost being deducted from final pay, with a proportional reduction; exact amounts after 1, 2 and 3 months are clarified when applying. Selection by CV and interview; a decision usually in 1–2 days, followed by a two-week assessment after starting. Meals at your own expense; a canteen with fridges and microwaves, and fruit once a week.
