Production operator, enterprise

Location: Šenov u Nového Jičína (30 km from Frýdek-Místek)

Salary: 27 723–32 000 CZK gross/month

On average, working about 170 hours per month, you can earn about 26 000 CZK net per month (≈ 1 070 €).

An advance of 2 000 CZK is possible, which is paid on the 5 and 15 day of the worked shift.

The salary is paid to the bank account after the 20 day of the month for the previous month.

Bonuses and additional payments:

production bonus depending on the KPI team — 0–15%;
additional payment for evening and night hours (18:00–06:00) — 26 CZK/hour;
work on Saturday and Sunday — +25%;
overtime at night on Saturday and Sunday — +50%;
overtime at night from Monday to Friday — +35%;
work on a public holiday — +100%;
additional hours as needed by the company — +14 CZK/hour;
in the event of a production line stop on the day of the shift, a day off with pay is provided 80%;
25 days of paid vacation.

Monthly hours: 160–200

Contract type: umowa o pracę (tymczasowa)

free assistance in completing documents;
assistance in opening a bank account;
the procedure after arriving at the office takes one day;
the coordinator accompanies during the signing of the contract, medical examination and starting work.

Job description:

The work consists of assembling and quality control of automobile headlights on the production line.

Responsibilities:

installation of automobile headlights manually and using simple tools;
assembly of plastic elements: housings, covers, shades, etc.;
installation of wiring harnesses for headlights;
visual and basic technical quality control of parts and finished products.

Requirements:

no contraindications to working standing and in motion;
good eyesight;
accuracy when performing manual work.

Practical entrance test:

The candidate is shown the method of installing a car headlight three times. After that, he has one hour to complete the task independently.

Then a final test is conducted, during which the accuracy and speed of work are assessed.

Only candidates who have successfully passed the test are allowed to work.

Work schedule:

5 working days per week;
2 days off;
standard shift — 8 hours;
7,5 hours of work + 30 minutes of lunch break;
if necessary, 12-hour shifts are possible.

Additional costs:

Housing — 4 500 CZK/month. Deducted from salary.

Work clothes and medical examination — 3 800 CZK upon dismissal, if the employee has not worked 90 days:

1–30 days — 3 800 CZK;
31–60 days — 2 500 CZK;
61–89 days — 1 300 CZK;
90+ days — 0 CZK.

Supplement for own housing:

3 000 CZK to salary.

Meals:

There is a canteen at the enterprise.

One lunch can be purchased for 22 CZK. 55% the cost of the main meal is paid by the employer.
