Required: 5 persons
Candidates: women, men, couples
Drivers: required 2 persons with a driver's license
Age: up to 50 years
Work: up to 22.11 with the possibility of transferring to another vacancy if there are available positions

PAYMENT

14,99 € gross/hour.

Payment — 10 on the day of each month to a bank card.

Possible payment:

in EUR;
in PLN at the rate of NBP.

ADVANCES

Advances are provided only during the first 4 weeks and only to a Polish bank account:

1 week — 300 €;
following 3 weeks — 150 €.

Advances are provided for housing payment.

ABOUT THE JOB

Working in a family company specializing in growing peonies and tulips.

Work is performed in the workshop on the line and in the field.

DUTIES

cleaning roots from soil and plant debris;
quality control of seedlings;
selection of healthy and properly developed roots;
trimming excess and damaged shoots;
dividing large roots with a knife into 2–3 parts while preserving growth buds;
sorting seedlings;
packing in boxes.

SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday

07:00–16:30 / 17:00

Saturday — as needed for production.

Breaks:
15 / 30 / 15 minutes — unpaid.

ACCOMMODATION

150 €/week.

The first payment must be made immediately upon arrival.

Conditions:

private homes;
up to 2 people per room;
there is the necessary equipment.

You must have with you:

bed linen;
a blanket;
a pillow.

TRANSPORT

To work — by bicycle.

The bicycle is provided free of charge.

DRIVERS

The project requires 2 candidates with a driver's license.

CLOTHING AND EQUIPMENT

You must have your own:

safety shoes with a metal toe;
raincoat;
rubber or waterproof shoes.

Work gloves are provided by the employer.

DEPARTURE FROM POLAND

Organized transfer:

Wrocław → Netherlands — 400 PLN.
