Drivers: required 3 persons with a driving license

Height: from 155 cm

After the end of the season, it is possible to move to another vacancy if suitable places are available.

CONTRACT

Two options are possible:

Umowa zlecenie — for candidates with UKR status, visa or residence card.

Dutch contract — for EU citizens and Ukrainians with protection in the Netherlands.

PAYMENT

14,99 € gross/hour.

Approximately 12,50–13 € net/hour.

PAYMENTS

Umowa zlecenie:

payment by 10 the first of each month;
payment in PLN to a bank account at the rate of NBP.

Dutch contract:

payment every week;
no advances.

ADVANCES

With Umowa zlecenie advances are available during the first 4 weeks:

the first — 300 €;
the following — at 150 €.

DUTIES

picking pears in the orchard;
picking fruit from trees;
stacking pears in wheelbarrows located between trees.

Outdoor work.

In case of heavy rain, work stops, in case of light rain, it continues.

Work without constant carrying or lifting of heavy loads.

REQUIREMENTS

age up to 55 years;
height from 155 cm;
good physical shape;
willingness to work outdoors;
willingness to work in different weather conditions;
ability to ride a bicycle is mandatory.

SCHEDULE

Monday-Saturday, sometimes Sunday.

Day shift:

07:00–17:00

If necessary, the working day may be longer.

A large number of hours are provided.

Breaks:
15 / 30 / 15 minutes — unpaid.

ACCOMMODATION

100 €/week.

Payment for the week in advance.

Conditions:

private house;
up to 2 persons in the room;
necessary equipment is available.

You must bring:

bed linen;
blanket;
pillow.

The first payment for housing — on the day of arrival.

TRANSPORT

To work:

up to 10 km — bicycle;
over 10 km — bus.

The candidate must be able to ride a bicycle.

CLOTHING

You must bring:

rubber boots;
work gloves;
raincoat.

DEPARTURE FROM POLAND

Wrocław → Netherlands — 400 PLN.

Payment to the driver on the spot.
