Printing machine assistant — Gogolin

Location and pay: Gogolin, about 15 km from Opole. Assistant to machine operators and printers — 31 PLN/hour net; students — 33.50 PLN/hour net. Own-accommodation supplement: 3 PLN/hour net, excluding students.

Schedule: Three 8-hour shifts: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00; 5–6 days per week. Cycle: 4 day shifts / 1 day off; 4 evening shifts / 1 day off; 4 night shifts / 2 days off. Days off rotate. The source gives an approximate minimum of 180–200 hours; overtime is possible.

Accommodation and travel: Equipped accommodation — 550 PLN deducted from pay; 2–3 people per room. Confirm the billing period before moving in. No transport from Opole.

Duties: Assisting the operator at a printing machine, receiving finished paper bags, entering data in the system and changing package size and width. Packing products, installing reels using a special lift, topping up ink and checking quality.

Requirements and conditions: Men aged 22–45 with communicative Polish. Basic computer skills are needed for further training as an operator. Work is mainly standing at a production line, with machinery noise. Smoking is prohibited on the premises. Drink and snack machines are available.

Contract and payments: Umowa zlecenie; a later move to an employment contract (umowa o pracę) may be possible. Salary is paid to a bank account on the 25th of the following month. Weekly advances; the first is 200 PLN after 5 shifts.

Deductions and additional conditions: Medical examination — 200 PLN deducted from the first salary. Workwear is free after 3 months of work; leaving before 3 months results in a 300 PLN deduction. A Multisport card is available. The start date is agreed before starting work.
