Warehouse worker (storekeeper)

Pay and bonuses

1400 EUR gross/month, approximately 1200 EUR net. 168–180 hours/month. A monthly incentive payment for the production department and a percentage supplement linked to sales, subject to meeting quality and on-time production targets. Bonus amounts and calculation rules are not specified.

Schedule and contract

07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00: 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, 4 days off. Additional hours may be available after training. Temporary employment contract — umowa o pracę (tymczasowa).

Duties

Receiving raw materials according to procedures; checking and labelling; knowing material types and storage requirements; picking and issuing materials; storing and placing goods correctly in the warehouse.

Requirements

Electric forklift or warehouse truck licence; experienced operators without a licence may receive help obtaining documents. Good physical condition and willingness to do physical work and night shifts.

Eligibility conditions stated in the offer

Candidates hold temporary status in Lithuania and were in Ukraine on 24 February 2022. Under the offer conditions, they must not hold a valid visa, Polish residence card, active PESEL UKR or temporary protection in other European countries. Previous refugee status in another European country requires proof of closure or cancellation.

Accommodation, meals and transport

Accommodation deduction — 75 EUR/month. Rooms for 3–4 people. Washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, pillows, blankets, dishes and pots are available. Bring bed linen, your own plate, spoon, cup and pot as recommended. Kitchen and small shop available; meals are not paid for.
