💰 Salary
Basic rate
164 CZK/hour gross (≈ 6,76 €/hour)
🎁 Bonus system
Personal bonus
0–20% of the basic hourly rate.
Team bonus
0–16,5% of the basic hourly rate.
Attendance bonus
Up to 2 446 CZK.
Summer and winter bonus (13-th salary)
Payable to employees who have worked continuously for at least 6 months.
Bonus for length of service
After 12 months of continuous work:
• after 1 year — 6 000 CZK;
• after 2 years — 8 000 CZK;
• after the 3rd and each subsequent year — 10 000 CZK.
Adaptation bonus
Payable after 6 months of work if the employee:
• has no absenteeism without a valid reason;
• has no written disciplinary sanctions.
💰 Bonus amount — 20 000 CZK.
Transportation expenses compensation
The company compensates for travel expenses from the place of permanent residence:
• 2,50 CZK for each kilometer;
• maximum distance — 75 km one way;
• maximum compensation — 375 CZK per day.
Sports / health bonus
400 CZK per month through the Cafeteria system (after the trial period).
Pension program
The company pays 500 CZK per month after registering for pension insurance (after the trial period).

👨 Male up to 50 years
🔧 Work experience: Not required.
🏭 Main responsibilities
• performing production operations in accordance with work instructions;
• maintaining the required production rate;
• product quality control;
• following the instructions of the shift manager and foreman;
• compliance with labor protection rules;
• maintaining cleanliness in the workplace;
• responsible use of tools and equipment;
• quality control of one's own work.

🕒 Work schedule
Three shifts
1️⃣ 06:00–14:00
2️⃣ 14:00–22:00

Working hours
• 37,5 hours per week
• 160+ hours per month
Overtime

💵 Additional payments
According to the terms of this offer:
🌙 Night shift — +10%
🌆 Second shift — +7,50 CZK/hour

💳 Salary payment
📅 Wages are paid on the 20th day of each month.

🍽 Meals
Employees receive:
✅ one full meal in the factory canteen after working at least 3,75 hours.
If the canteen is not working:
💰 compensation for meals is paid 100 CZK.
