TOY AND BOOK WAREHOUSE — SOCHACZEW

Employment onboarding takes 1–3 working days. During this time, you can open a bank account and obtain a PESEL number if needed.

Accommodation for couples requires prior agreement.

Description: warehouse worker of a large online store company

Place of work: Sochaczew, Olimpijska 16
Residence: Sochaczew or the surrounding area
Registration: Sochaczew

Employees needed: Women / couples / men up to 55 years
Employment by: BIO / Visa / residence card

The work consists of:

Collecting goods using a scanner: toys, books, stationery
Handwork (sticking labels, etc.)
Maintaining order in the warehouse
Performing other tasks
Packing goods while standing at the PC

Phones and jewelry are prohibited in the hall – employees leave them in locked cabinets.
Work clothes are provided, namely shoes, trousers and a vest. If the employee works for less than one month, PLN 150 will be deducted from the salary.

Salary: 24 – 26 PLN net – everything will depend on the fulfillment of the norm

Rates depending on target achievement:
above 120.01% – 33,90 PLN gross = 26 PLN net
110.01%-120% – 33.4 PLN gross
100.01%-110% – 32,90 PLN gross
90.01%-100%- 32.4 PLN gross
80.01%-90% – 31,90 PLN gross
0-80% – 31.4 PLN gross = 24,18 PLN net

Students' salary: 31,4 PLN net

Advance payment: after 14 days worked, you can take 200-300 PLN advance payment.

Employment contract: Umowa zlecenie

Schedule: shifts 8 – 12 hours, from Monday to Saturday
Currently working 8 hours from 10:00 to 18:00

Later, with a larger amount of work, work will be 12 hours in the following schedule:

5:45 – 17:45/ 17:45 – 5:45

Attention, the schedule may change depending on the amount of work on a particular process but not more than 12 working hours per day

Accommodation: 500 PLN utilities
Additional payment for own housing: no

Amenities:

there is free Wi-Fi, kitchen with dishes, washing machine, bathrooms.
bedding (pillowcases) must be your own!

Housing conditions:

Couples: 2 couples per room, work in different shifts
For individuals, housing according to 3 – 4 persons in a room, hostels

Commuting to work: From the place of work to the place of residence they are transported by bus, and 200 zlotys are deducted from the salary.
