PRODUCTION WORKER (Poznań)

Salary: 31,40 PLN gross/hour

25,36 PLN net — if income ≤ 30 000 PLN and there is PESEL
22,69 PLN net — if income > 30 000 PLN or there is no PESEL
25,00 PLN net — for non-residents (including 20% tax)
31,40 PLN net — for students under 26 years
Certificates are not accepted — only ZUS

Monthly hours: 160–220
Preferred nationalities: Ukraine
Contract type: umowa zlecenie (tylko składka zdrowotna)

Age restrictions: 18–40 years

Job description:
Working on a production line in fish processing.

Responsibilities:

Weighing raw materials (fish, salads)
Placing components into packages
Packing products into boxes and placing on pallets
Adhering to quality standards and procedures
Maintaining workplace cleanliness

Additionally by department:

Matias Department: desalting fish, working with containers, packaging
Creamy department: working with sauces, packaging, labeling, sometimes working with a PC
Spread and salad department: packaging, moving containers

Requirements:

Experience in the food industry is desirable
Manual skills
Teamwork skills
For certain departments – reading and writing in Polish

Working conditions:

Temperature: 8–12°C (depending on the department)
Strong smell of fish
Prohibited: phones, food, jewelry, makeup, perfume

Night shifts: yes

Shift system:
05:45–13:45, 13:45–21:45, 21:45–05:45

Work schedule:
8–10 hours, Mon–Fri + possible working Saturdays
Break: 25 min
