Operator of an automated production line, enterprise

Salary: 31.40 PLN gross/hour

25,36 PLN net/hour – for those who did not exceed the income threshold 30 000 PLN gross in 2026 and have PESEL.

22,69 PLN net/hour – for those who already worked in 2026 in Poland and received a total income exceeding 30 000 PLN gross or do not have PESEL.

25,12 PLN net/hour — for persons without resident status (including 20% tax).

31,40 PLN net/hour — for students under 26.

Monthly number of hours: 240 – 280

Contract type: umowa zlecenie (tylko składka zdrowotna)

Important:
Penalty 1000 PLN for failure to work full 90 days.

Job description:
Production of electronic boards for electric and hybrid vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Line SMT:

preparation of the line for production;
assembly of components;
installation of templates;
changing programs;
control of consumables;
maintenance of machines.

Line GEN4:

equipment maintenance;
component assembly;
quality control;
selection of finished products.

Additional processes:

Tuger (category B license required):

delivery of components from the warehouse to the line;
transportation of finished products;
work with a forklift.

Spider:

distribution of components between production lines.

Warehouse worker:

packaging of components;
work with a scanner;
preparation of materials for shipment;
transfer of components into plastic containers.

Requirements:

manual dexterity;
good eyesight;
no allergies;
Polish at a communicative level (for certain processes).

Conditions at the enterprise:

temperature +19°C to +22°C;
standing work;
clean production;
smell of technical oil;
work clothes, hat, gloves and safety glasses are provided;
personal belongings are kept in individual lockers.

Prohibited:

telephones and other recording devices;
glass, dangerous and flammable objects;
food and drinks in the production area;
jewelry and watches;
makeup, false eyelashes;
artificial nails and varnish;
piercing;
perfume.

Shift work:
06:15 – 18:15
18:15 – 06:15

Work schedule:
5–6 days a week;
shifts by 12 hours;
two breaks: 30 minutes and 15 minutes.

Additional services (maintenance):

accommodation charge — PLN 350

transport — 100 PLN/month

fee for working less than the required minimum — PLN 1000

fine for absenteeism without a good reason — 200 PLN

Transport to work:
Organized transport by the employer — 100 PLN/month.

Surcharge for own accommodation:
