Salary: 36.00 PLN gross/hour
rate 36,00 PLN gross = 36,00 PLN net for students under 26 years
rate 29,07 PLN net — for persons who in 2026 did not exceed the threshold of gross income of 30 thousand PLN in Poland
rate 26,00 PLN net — for persons who in 2026 already worked in Poland and received a total income of more than 30 000 PLN gross

Bonus and financial allowances: Rate increase is possible after a trial period. The trial period lasts 1–3 months and depends on the candidate's skills and performance.
Monthly hours: 160 – 240

Contract type: umowa zlecenie (tylko składka zdrowotna)

Before starting work, interviews are held in the office, and then at the client's.

Job description:
Work in the yacht production consists of installing electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

Installation of installations, connection of consumers, devices, switchboards
Performing measurements of electrical quantities
Performing electrical installation work and conducting operational tests of these installations
Diagnostics of the condition of elements, systems and electrical devices
Installation, operation and maintenance of systems, as well as performing simple repairs
Laying cables

Requirements:

Working with power tools
Reading electrical diagrams
Very good knowledge of electrical installations
Experience working as an electrician/electrician
Readiness to work in 2-shift mode
Required rights SEP to 1 kV

Description of the location of the work:
Gdańsk is a Hanseatic port city with over 1000 years of history in northern Poland, the capital of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, located on the shores of the Gdańsk Bay at the mouth of the Motława River into the Vistula. Together with Gdynia and Sopot, it forms the Trimisto. It is a key economic, cultural and tourist center.

Shift system:
07:00 – 15:00, 14:00 – 22:00, 22:00 – 06:00

Working hours and schedule:
Working days: Monday-Friday
Saturday, Sunday – weekends
Usually work in 1 and 2 shifts, but if there are large orders – work in 3 shifts
Overtime is possible for large orders, as well as work on Saturday (for those who wish)
Breaks: 1 break – 30 min (unpaid)

Accommodation:
Accommodation in Gdansk in hostels.
According to 3–4 persons in the room.
Equipment: shared kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, internet.

The journey to work takes approximately 15–20 minutes by public transport.
