Location: Gdynia

Salary: 34.90 PLN gross/hour
34,90 PLN net – for students under 26.
28,18 PLN net – for persons who did not exceed the income threshold 30 000 PLN gross in 2026.
25,21 PLN net – for persons who worked in Poland in 2026 and received a total income exceeding 30 000 PLN gross.

Monthly number of hours: 200–240
Contract type: umowa zlecenie (health insurance contribution only)

First, a meeting is held with the client, after which the contract is signed and employment is provided.

Job description: Work on CNC machine tools.

Responsibilities:

operation of CNC machine tools;
control and supervision of wear of tools and entrusted equipment;
re-adjustment and start-up of machine tools;
control of product quality during work;
daily cooperation with production workers;
fulfillment of assigned tasks and achievement of production goals;
reporting on work results.

Requirements:

work experience in a similar position;
physical fitness;
manual skills;
knowledge of the Polish language.

Conditions at the enterprise:

clean workplace;
temperature within normal limits.

Shift work: 06:00–18:00, 18:00–06:00
Schedule: Monday–Friday for 12 hours, Saturday — 8 hours.
Day shift: 06:00–18:00
II shift: 18:00–06:00
Saturday: 06:00–14:00
During the 12-hour shift, 2 breaks are provided.

Additional deductions:

accommodation — 570 PLN;
charge for working less than the minimum period — 500 PLN.

Transport to work: wide network of bus stops, public transport stop next to the accommodation.

Accommodation: 570 PLN, deducted from salary.

Supplement for own accommodation: +250 PLN.

Meals: at own expense.
