Weighing, packing and packaging of herring

Salary: 1200–1300 EUR gross/month
From 900 EUR net when working 160–184 hours. The amount depends on the number of days worked according to the schedule.
With night shifts and additional hours – from 1200 EUR net and above.
Additional shift – 80 EUR net.
After 10 days of work, an advance of 150 EUR is possible on the 20th (it is necessary to notify the coordinator 7 days in advance).

Job description:

Working at a factory producing fish and fish products (salted, pickled, smoked fish, herring, surimi, seafood, salads, sauces).

Responsibilities:

selecting the required amount of herring for packaging
weighing
preparing products for packaging
packaging
packaging on the production line

Requirements:

height from 160 cm (due to the height of the conveyor)
desirable experience working with fish or in production
ability to work with scales is an advantage
no contraindications to physical work
accuracy, attentiveness, quick reaction, good hand motor skills
responsible attitude to work

Legalization rules:

employment of local candidates with Lithuanian temporary protection
candidates who were in Ukraine at the time of 24.02.2022
without active visas, Residence Cards, PESEL UKR, protections from other countries
if there was protection in another country – confirmation of cancellation is required

Workplace conditions:

it is forbidden to have extended nails, eyelashes, piercing, costume jewelry
working standing, indoors with humidity, temperature up to +15 °C

Working hours and schedule:

shifts of 12 hours (2 days on / 2 days off)
no night shifts in the permanent schedule, but possible if necessary
short breaks of 10 min every 2 hours

additional 20–30 hours per month possible (by agreement)

Transport to work:

Free city transport (≈ 15 min).

Accommodation:

Free, rooms for 2–3 people. There is everything you need (washing machine, TV, refrigerator, dryer, dishes, microwave).
It is recommended to have your own bed linen, cup, spoon, pan.

Meals:

Free during the shift. fresh food (soup, puree, cutlet, salad, compote) in the refrigerator every day, heated in the microwave.
Free — 2 mugs of coffee or tea per shift. There is also a paid dining room.

Ticket price for an organized departure: 100 EUR.
