Warehouse operator

Location: Rajhrad (15 km from Brno)

Salary: 25 000–36 500 CZK gross/month

Advance payments:

2 000 CZK after 5th shift worked
2 000 CZK after 15th shift worked

Salary is paid to the bank account after the 20th of the month for the previous month.

Bonuses and additional payments:

monthly performance bonus — 0–16 500 CZK gross;
seasonal bonus — up to 9 600 CZK gross;
night hours — +30%;
work on Saturday and Sunday — +30%;
work on holidays — +100%;
overtime — +25%;
overtime on Saturday and Sunday — +25%.

Monthly number of hours: 160–190

Contract type: umowa o pracę (tymczasowa)

Job description:

Work in a warehouse of cosmetic and household products. Full cycle of warehouse operations: receiving goods, placing them in the warehouse, picking orders and preparing goods for shipment.

Responsibilities:

receiving goods;
moving and placing goods in the warehouse;
picking orders;
preparing and shipping goods;
performing warehouse operations in accordance with established procedures;
observing safety rules and internal regulations.

medical fitness for work.

Conditions at the enterprise:

Before starting work, it is necessary to undergo an interview, introductory training, medical examination and training in labor protection and fire safety.

The work is performed standing, with movement around the warehouse. The temperature is comfortable, the room is well lit.

Work clothes and shoes are provided free of charge.

The medical examination is free of charge.

Night shifts: No

Shift work:

05:45–14:00

14:00–22:15

Work schedule:

Two-shift mode, 38,75 hours per week.

The shift includes a 30-minute break.

Weekend work is possible according to the schedule.

Accommodation:

accommodation is provided in Brno and the surrounding area;
rooms for 2–3 persons;
necessary furniture and appliances are available;
partial payment for housing — 1 000–1 500 CZK per month depending on the number of people in the room.

Transportation to work:

Corporate bus.

Supplement for own housing: 0–3 000 CZK depending on the number of shifts worked per month.

Meals:

Meal vouchers — 80 CZK for each day worked, if the shift lasts more than 4 hours.

1-th year — up to 1 600 CZK/month;
2–3-th year — up to 2 000 CZK/month;
from 4-th year — up to 2 500 CZK/month.

There are also vending machines with baguettes and ready meals at the enterprise.
