WORK IN CHOCOLATE PRODUCTION

Place of work: Tuchola (near Bydgoszcz), Poland (👩👨We invite women, men and couples. We invite candidates up to 60 years old)

Responsibilities:

work on the production line;
Packaging chocolates and other chocolate products;
Servicing packaging and production machines;
Product quality control;
Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace; ✅ Performing various production processes (employees rotate between jobs); ✅ Men can also work on the chocolate bottling line and moving boxes.

Box weight – up to 11 kg.

Working conditions:

Modern clean production;
Temperature in the workshop – about + 17 … + 18 ° C; 🧍 Work mainly standing; 🪑 In some production processes, work is performed sitting.
Moderate pace of work and implementation of norms;
Opportunity for training and career growth to the operator of production equipment.

Work schedule:

Work in 3 shifts:

06:00–14:00

14:00–22:00

22:00–06:00

Duration of the shift – 8 hours.
Additional hours are possible (up to 2 hours after the shift).
You must be at the workplace 5 minutes before the start of the shift.
Break – 30 minutes.

Work from Monday to Friday, as well as on Saturdays.

Work on Saturdays only on the first (morning) shift.

From 160 to 200 working hours per month

What the employer provides:

Work clothes and apron;

Electronic pass (chip) for recording working hours;

Canteen with two refrigerators and individual lockers for storing dishes (if necessary, the locker is divided between two employees).

Important:

Before starting work, a mandatory safety briefing is held (BHP).

Vacation is granted only after agreement with the company's management.

All days off must be planned in advance.

Smoking near the company is strictly prohibited, including during lunch and other breaks.

It is forbidden to wear jewelry (earrings, rings, chains, crosses, etc.), false eyelashes and nail polish at work.

Requirements:

Readiness to work night shifts;
Availability of a health book (cost of registration – 180 PLN);

We offer:

Rate:

Payment – 25,40 PLN net/hour on day shifts

Payment – 25,8 PLN net/hour night shifts

Payment – 26,4 PLN net/hour (work on Saturdays)

If a student, the rate is

Payment – 31,40 PLN net/hour on day shifts

Payment – 32,40 PLN net/hour night shifts

Payment – 33,40 PLN net/hour (work on Saturdays)

Accommodation:

housing – 600 PLN/month.
The apartment is within walking distance of the place of work.

Advance payments:
300 PLN after the first week of work
600 PLN after two weeks
