Warehouse process operator company – Kąty Wrocławskie

Salary:
31.40 PLN gross/hour

Rate: 31,40 PLN gross

25,36 PLN net – for persons who have not exceeded the income threshold in 30 000 PLN gross in

2026 year in Poland and have the number PESEL.

22,69 PLN net – for those who have already worked in Poland in 2026 and received a total

income exceeding 30 000 PLN gross or do not have a PESEL number.

25.12 PLN net/hour — for people classified as non-residents according to the completed questionnaire (including 20% tax).

31,40 PLN net for students under 26 years of age or for persons who have a certificate

resident certificate (in electronic form)

only an electronic certificate is accepted via DI a on the day of signing the contract, it cannot be transferred later.

Job description:

sorting new goods
sorting and placing clothes after return
picking orders using a scanner
working with a scanner
maintaining cleanliness and order

Responsibilities:
Department 1 – PUT AWAY (storage of goods):

receiving, sorting goods
scanning codes (scanner in English)
placing goods on shelves/hangers

Department 2 – PIKING (order picking):

working with a scanner and a trolley
scanning a container with a barcode
searching for goods according to the scanner's instructions
folding goods into a container
transferring a filled container to the conveyor

Night shifts: yes. Shift times: 06:00–16:45 and 18:00–04:45.

Work schedule:
5 days a week, 10 hours (sometimes 11 hours)
1–2 days off
1 month — night shift
1 month — day shift
The first shift is determined on site, not announced in advance
For couples – a joint schedule is agreed
Overtime is possible (by agreement with the coordinator)
Without overtime: 200–210 hours/month
With overtime: 210–250 hours/month
Unpaid break – 45 minutes

Additional services (deductions):
Accommodation — 550.00 PLN
Transportation — 200.00 PLN
Working clothes — 150.00 PLN
Employees work in their own clothes (long trousers and covered shoulders are mandatory). Employees receive a vest and safety shoes at the company (the cost of 150 PLN is deducted from the first salary).

Separate rooms for couples:
Couples = man + woman
The number of 2-bed rooms is limited
In the absence of separate rooms – temporary accommodation with another couple
Subsequent accommodation if there are free rooms

Benefits:
If the employee works 240 hours, the cost of accommodation will be 450 net, and the cost of transportation will be 100 PLN.
