Product sorting and packaging worker, enterprise

Location: Nendriniškių k., Marijampolės sav. (50 km from Kaunas)

Salary: 1600–1700 EUR gross/month
1000–1100 EUR net — standard earnings based on the worked schedule.
Up to 1700–1800 EUR net — earnings with overtime work are possible.
Additional shift — 70–80 EUR. Higher earnings are possible if 25 shifts are worked.

Monthly hours: 168–180
Contract type: umowa o pracę (temporary employment contract)

Departure: every Monday from Lviv by organized transport.

Job description: work on a production line for sorting, packaging and processing wooden boards.

Responsibilities:

sorting and packaging products;
strapping packages with tapes and installing pallets;
assisting the production line operator;
monitoring individual sections of the production line;
leveling boards and selecting defective products;
working with residues and unfinished production, forming packages;
cleaning production lines and premises with compressed air;
sweeping, cleaning and maintaining order;
performing other tasks assigned by the shift manager.

Requirements:

good physical condition;
no contraindications to physical labor;
willingness to work standing up to 11 hours;
no problems with the back, spine, legs and joints;
ability to work at a fast pace, attention to quality and details.

Legalization rules:

candidates who already have temporary status in Lithuania;
candidates who were in Ukraine at the time of the war – 24.02.2022;
without valid visas;
without a valid Polish residence card;
without PESEL UKR;
without protection status in other European countries;
if you previously had refugee status in another European country, you must provide confirmation of its closure or cancellation.

Conditions at the enterprise:

work under a roof, mainly in unheated premises;
in summer the temperature is +20…+23°C, in the cold season it can drop to +5°C;
individual work areas are heated; in winter the temperature there is above zero, but lower than room temperature;
lifting products weighing up to 10 kg;
working while standing and moving – sitting is prohibited;
the workplace and tasks may change depending on the needs of production;
the distribution between work areas depends on physical capabilities, speed of work, ability to learn and maintain the required pace;
cleaning and tidying the work area is part of the duties;
the pace of work is high, attentiveness and quality of task performance are important.

Work clothes: safety shoes are provided according to the season, 3 overalls, 3 jackets, 2 winter jackets, 3 summer T-shirts and thermal clothing for the winter.

Shift work: 06:00–18:00 / 18:00–06:00

Work schedule:

2 day shifts;

2 night shifts;

4 days off.

Transport to work: free travel to work and back. Buses run from Kibartai, Vilkaviškis, Alytus, Prenai, Kalvarija and Marijampolė.

Accommodation: free.

Meals: not provided. Mini-kitchens have refrigerators, kettles and microwaves.
