Warehouse worker, enterprise

Location: Plzeň 3-Skvrňany (5 km from Pilsen)

Salary: 31 700–36 000 CZK gross/month

Estimated salary — about 27 000 CZK net.

Possibility to receive an advance of 2 000 CZK twice before the first salary (after 5 and 15 shifts worked).
Salary is paid on the 20 day of each month.

Bonuses and financial allowances:

bonus up to 3 500 CZK gross per month (depending on productivity, quality of work and manager's assessment);
+10% for weekend work;
+25% for overtime on weekdays;
+40% for overtime on weekends;
+10% for night shifts;
+100% for work on holidays;
paid vacation – 25 days.

Monthly number of hours: 160–190
Contract type: umowa o pracę (tymczasowa)

Additional information:

candidates from Ukraine must have health insurance for the first 7–10 days of stay;
It is recommended to have about 400 EUR or USD with you for the first time, since the first salary comes in about 1,5 months.

Job description:
Working in the warehouse of an online store processing orders (clothes, shoes, electronics, cosmetics, household goods, books, toys, etc.).

Responsibilities:

preparation, packaging and labeling of orders;
working with a warehouse scanner;
picking goods;
warehousing and unloading goods.

Requirements:

no contraindications to working standing and in motion.

Conditions at the enterprise:

working standing with constant movement around the warehouse;
indoor temperature — +18…+24°C;
well-lit production premises;
periodic carrying of boxes weighing up to 20 kg (for women) and up to 40 kg (for men);
a free medical examination (ECG and spirometry) is carried out before employment;
work clothes and shoes are provided free of charge.

Night shifts: Yes

Shift work:

08:00–16:00;

14:00–22:00;

20:00–04:00.

Work schedule:

Monday-Friday;
one of the night shifts may start on Sunday at 20:00;
overtime and work on Saturday are possible;
shift duration — 7,5 hours of work + 30 minutes of unpaid break.

Deductions:

accommodation — 6 500 CZK.

Separate rooms for couples: Yes.

Transport to work:
Public transport. Travel time including walking — about 30 minutes.

Accommodation:
Accommodation is provided in dormitories:

Zbuh — 6 000 CZK/month;

Plzen — 6 500 CZK/month.

Accommodation for 2–4 people per room. Separate rooms are provided for couples. Kitchen, showers and bathrooms are shared.

Meals:
The company has a canteen. Lunch cost — 105 CZK. Employees receive a meal allowance of 100 CZK for each shift worked, which is paid together with their salary.
