CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR WAREHOUSE — POZNAŃ

Attention, to be employed as a STUDENT, the candidate must be studying at a Polish university and must have a plastic ID card + a letter from the institution that he is really studying there

Availability of a separate room for a couple must be confirmed before agreeing on the conditions.

If you have worked here before, you must report it! If this fact is hidden – you will not be allowed to work

While you are waiting to go to work, you can open a bank card and, if necessary, a Pesel.

Description: Work in a warehouse of a chain of stores throughout Europe company

Place of work: Poznań, vicinity of Sowia 31 street

The work consists of:

PICK – collecting orders using a scanner. (scanner in Polish). The work consists of the fact that before starting work you take a scanner, then a pick-list (the so-called order), scan, take a cart for storing things and start collecting.

PACK – working at a computer at a table (standing). Packing the order according to the rules established in this process (choosing a box for the appropriate product, filling it with paper, folding clothes correctly).

SHIP – work on 4 positions: on the package assembly line, working with a scanner, packing and distributing packages according to invoices, working on the final packaging of parcels and issuing invoices.

PTL – ROZKŁADANIE – work with a scanner, placing goods on shelves

Men can be assigned to delivery processes (goods can be about 20 kg)

CLOTHING: your own, comfortable.
pants: long, no short shorts and skirts;
top (T-shirts, sweatshirts): covered shoulders, neckline and stomach, WITHOUT a hood, without pockets.
FOOTWEAR: Protective footwear is mandatory in accordance with safety requirements. In case of working less than two full months, the cost of footwear (130 PLN) is deducted from the salary.

BONUSES: One card is issued after working 2 weeks or more (depending on the availability of cards in the warehouse administration), with which you can buy one large hot drink or two small ones from the vending machines for free every day. Employees who have worked for a month or more are issued certificates in the amount of 10 pieces once a quarter for the purchase of branded clothing at a discount 25%.

Salary: 25 PLN net + bonuses up to 1 000 PLN

Average Salary: 6 000 PLN net

Advance: 200 PLN in 14 days

Student Salary: 31.4 PLN

Employment Contract: Umowa zlecenie

Schedule: 5-6 days per week, depending on the number of orders, 8–12 hours per shift, with days off according to the rota. A week of day shifts alternates with a week of night shifts.

200-280 working hours per month.

Breaks: for 12-hour shift – 2 breaks 30 and 15 min, 8-10 hours – 1 break 30 min

Please note, the schedule may change depending on the work process you will be assigned to and which schedule system you will be placed in.

Housing: 550 PLN utilities

Additional payment for own housing: + 2 PLN net to the rate

Amenities:

there is free Wi-Fi, a kitchen with dishes, a washing machine, bathrooms.
bedding (pillowcases) must be your own!

Accommodation conditions:

For individuals, accommodation according to 3-4 persons in a room, single-level beds

Couples: in separate rooms

Commute to work: commute to and from work by work bus – free of charge, those who live in their own home and want to use the work bus price 100 PLN.
