Online store warehouse worker — Bydgoszcz

Location and pay: Bydgoszcz, ul. Hutnicza 100. Base salary — 5,020 PLN gross/month on an employment contract (umowa o pracę). Monthly performance bonus up to 15%; the source gives an indicative 600–700 PLN gross. Productivity above 102% may earn a bonus of up to 320 PLN gross. Each Saturday or Sunday worked earns an additional 85 PLN gross.

Additional payments: Overtime supplements: 50%, or 100% on Sundays and public holidays. The source’s 5,000 PLN net figure is an indicative average, not a guaranteed amount; actual pay depends on bonuses, hours and individual circumstances. No separate student rate. An advance of 200–300 PLN is available after 7 days.

Schedule: Two shifts: 05:40–14:00 and 13:45–22:00; 5 working days per week. Two days off each week, which do not necessarily fall on Saturday and Sunday.

Accommodation and travel: Accommodation is not provided and there is no own-accommodation supplement. A free company bus to and from work is available.

Duties: Receiving goods: opening boxes, scanning and putting products away. Picking orders, packing and preparing shipments. Checking and sorting returns. Placing goods as directed by the scanner and confirming their barcodes.

Candidates and contract: Women, men and couples up to age 50; up to 55 with experience. Onboarding in Bydgoszcz on an employment contract (umowa o pracę).
