Employment onboarding takes 1–3 working days. During this time, you can open a bank account and obtain a PESEL number if needed.

A workplace tour is mandatory before starting work.

Medical examination: PLN 250 deducted from the first salary

The job consists of :

The warehouse has 4 floors, the employee is assigned to a specific floor, serves specific racks with parts, collects orders with a scanner (the scanner has Ukrainian and Russian languages). The parts are put in a box, the box is put on a cart (like in supermarkets), that is, they do not carry parts in their hands.
Girls serve lighter parts, boys – heavier ones, but the heaviest ones are batteries, most parts are not heavy.

Each floor has air conditioners, so the temperature is comfortable

Work clothes – provided free of charge.

Salary: 23 – 28 PLN net

Base rate: PLN 23 net, plus the following bonuses:

up to 1200 PLN/month depends on the quality of order picking; targets (up to 300 items) are quite realistic after training (approximately up to +4,5 PLN/hour)
300 PLN/month for attendance without absences (approximately +1,20 PLN/hour)
quarterly bonus – up to 300 PLN for attendance without absences

Salary from 15 to 23 every month.

Advance payment: after 7 days worked

Average salary: 5 000 PLN

Employment contract: Umowa zlecenie

Please note that the contract is signed during the first week of work, maybe on the first day in the office, maybe only after working for a few days, it all depends on the workload of the legalization department.

Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 10-hour shifts: 06:00–16:00, 12:00–22:00 or 20:00–06:00. Shift duration and times on Thursday and Friday require clarification because the source contains conflicting information.

Initially 184 hours per month, with the possibility of working 6 days of 10 hours, up to 240 hours per month

Attention, the schedule may change depending on the amount of work on a particular process, but no more 12 working hours per day

Accommodation: 300 PLN utilities

Supplement for own housing: 450 PLN, provided that there are 200 hours

there is free Wi-Fi, kitchen with dishes, washing machine, bathrooms.
bedding (pillowcases) must be your own!

Housing conditions:

For individuals, housing for 3-4 people in a room

Commute to work: independently by public transport, compensation 120 PLN to the salary
