Flower Production Worker

Location: Rychnów-Kolonia (Blizanów), Greater Poland Voivodeship – about 15 km from Kalisz

Contract Type: umowa zlecenie

Responsibilities:

Working in the production and packaging of cut flowers
Marking, packaging and palletizing products
Quality control (removing wilted leaves, preparing bouquets)
Working on the production line in a cold room (around +9°C)
Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace

Requirements:

Growth from 160 cm
willingness to work in cold conditions
willingness to do physical work

Working conditions:

work 5 days a week (Days off: Thursday and Sunday.)
8-10 hours a day (sometimes up to 16 hours)
no night shifts
minimum 160-190 hours a month
breaks every 4 hours
free hot meals

Payment:

31,40 PLN net/hour – for candidates under 26 years
25,35 PLN net/hour – for candidates over 26 years

Housing and transport:

housing: 400 PLN/month
transport: 150 PLN/month

Additional information:

Possibility of applying for a residence card and work permit (provincial visa for a year).
