Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in industrial sewing.
• Attentiveness, responsibility, accuracy.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to learn and work with different materials.
Employment:
• First month (trial) – Umowa zlecenie
• Then – a one-year employment contract (umowa o pracę) (after a positive performance evaluation)
Salary:
Trial month:
• Rate 31,40 PLN/hour gross (≈ 4000–4500 PLN net when fulfilling the norm)
After switching to UMOWA O PRACĘ:
• Stable salary 4806 PLN gross.
• Possibility to earn 7000–8000 PLN net/month when working on weekends and overtime.
Bonuses:
• 500 PLN gross quarterly after 6 months of work (provided there are no sick days).
• 1 additional paid day off at the end of the year with no sick days.
Responsibilities:
• Sewing products according to technical documentation.
• Working on industrial sewing machines (lockstitch, overlock and automatic machines).
• Main product – sewing military clothing (uniforms).
• Quality control of seams, neatness and accuracy.
• Cooperation with the team leader and technologist.
Work schedule:
• Full-time.
• 8 hours per day, work in a piecework system.
• Shift starts from 06:00.
• Ability to work overtime and on weekends.
Accommodation:
• Accommodation on the territory of the enterprise – 700 PLN/month
Additional information:
• Before signing the contract, candidates are invited to a short practical test lasting about 2 hours, during which skills are tested.
