Salary (for a regular employee and for a wózek piesek operator) :
• Guaranteed rate: 25.36 PLN net per hour
• For students: 31.40 PLN net per hour

Salary for UDT:
• Guaranteed rate: 27,94 PLN net per hour
• For students: 34,60 PLN net per hour

Payments: regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.

Wózek piesek operators:
• The work of a pallet truck operator is to transport pallets from one location to another.
• The employee scans the pallet with a terminal, after which the system shows where exactly it needs to be delivered.
• Work experience is not required, but the candidate must not be afraid of technology and understand the essence of the work.
• To perform this work, a certificate for driving such a pallet truck is required. The company issues a certificate, but if the employee does not work 3 months, 300 złoty will be deducted from him for its manufacture.
• If the candidate has a Polish driving licence, an additional certificate is not required.

Forklift operators (UDT):
• Unloading goods: using a forklift or other means to remove goods from a platform or container.
• Placing goods: neatly storing products on racks or in appropriate areas according to warehouse logistics.
• Moving goods: transporting goods to the desired warehouse area (for example, to the storage, shipping or processing area).
• Loading goods: preparing and placing goods on a vehicle in accordance with weight distribution and safety rules.
• Maneuvering within the warehouse: observing safety rules and optimal movement routes.

Responsibilities:
• Pushing: on each line (3-4 person) 100 cartons into which the goods are automatically sorted. The girls work with the terminal, put things in cartons and when the carton is full, close it and push it out onto the line. They attribute an empty carton to the terminal.
• PRS residual platform: cartons arrive on the platform, the girls with the terminal scan the carton and the item, the terminal shows the quantity that needs to be removed. They close the carton, send it to the line.
• Induction: platform for 8 people, on which 4 girls put the goods on the conveyor (sorter) for further sorting into cartons, and other 4 girls open the cartons and pour the goods onto the tables
• Komplektacia: in this process it is necessary to click the cartons on the pallets using the terminal (scanner), and transfer them to other pallets specified in the terminal.
• Przyjęcie: receiving the goods (men). Checking things for clips, coding the clips (girls)
• Wysyłka: loading the goods into vehicles (men)

Work schedule:
• Work in three shifts, 8 hours:
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00.
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00.
• Third shift: 22:00 – 06:00.
• Work 5-6 days a week, with paid breaks.
• Pedestrian pallet truck operators work 12-hour shifts in a two-shift system.

Accommodation:
• The first 3 months of housing are FREE!
• Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
• Cost of accommodation: 600 zł per month, deducted from salary.
• Bed linen and dishes – have your own!
• Allowance for arranging your own housing: 1 zł for each hour worked.

Transport:
• Travel to work by public transport
• The company buys travel tickets

Additional information:
• Arrival for registration in Bydgoszcz
• Own work clothes are required.
• Special work shoes are issued by the company!
• Indoor temperature: +20°C to +22°C.
• There is a canteen and vending machines with drinks on the territory.
