Workplace: Kwidzyn (100 km from Gdańsk)
Residence: Kwidzyn
Employment: Umowa zlecenie.
Salary:
• Guaranteed rate: 25.36 PLN net per hour
• For students: 31.40 PLN net per hour
• Additional bonuses are provided during the corn season.
Salary for UDT:
• Guaranteed rate: 27,22 PLN net per hour
• For students: 33,70 PLN net per hour
Pay is issued regularly between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of raw materials for canning (automatic cleaning of corn/peas)
• Quality control of cleaned products on the line
• ​​Packing and sorting of vegetables
• Packing and labeling of finished products
Additional processes for men:
• Loading goods onto pallets
• Unloading pallets and moving them around the warehouse
• Monitoring the automated line and the operation of machines
Forklift operators:
• Unloading goods: using a forklift or other means to remove goods from a platform or container.
• Placing goods: neatly storing products on racks or in appropriate areas in accordance with warehouse logistics.
• Moving goods: transporting goods to the required warehouse area (e.g., storage, shipping, or processing area).
• Loading goods: preparing and placing goods on a vehicle in accordance with weight distribution and safety rules.
• Maneuvering within the warehouse: observing safety rules and optimal travel routes.
Work schedule:
• Work in a three-shift system, 8 hours per shift.
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00
• Third shift: 22:00 – 06:00
• Work 5/2 or 7/3, with paid breaks
Accommodation:
• Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities. Within walking distance from work (30 min).
• Bed linen and dishes – bring your own!
• Accommodation cost: 650 PLN per month, deducted from salary.
Additional information:
• Room temperature: +5°C to +20°C. (depends on the department)
• Free meals are provided.
• Work clothes, shoes and gloves are provided at the company's expense.
• Medical examination at the company's expense.
