Salary:
• Guaranteed rate: 29.00 PLN gross per hour
• Bonus for 100% attendance: +2,42 PLN gross per hour
• Bonus for seniority: after 3 months of work +2,10 PLN gross per hour
• Bonus for productivity: additional payment, the amount of which depends on the results and quality of work of the entire production line
• Piecework bonus: additional payment, the amount of which depends on the individual measured results of the employee on the production line
• ​​Functional bonus: additional payment for performing additional production tasks or functions, for example, working with a scanner

Pay is issued regularly on the 10th of each month.

Responsibilities:
• Roll up herring fillet with a slice of cucumber and pierce with a toothpick/stick.
• Packing in jars – the rolled up herring is placed on the scales, and a certain amount is put into the jar.
• Raw material preparation: selection and processing of fish, preparation of additional ingredients (vegetables, brines, sauces) according to recipes.
• Packing and packaging: aesthetic arrangement of products in jars, trays and buckets.
• Production line operation: closing packages, control of labeling and expiration dates.
• Quality control: maintaining workplace cleanliness, compliance with food safety rules

Accommodation:
• Accommodation cost: 750 PLN per month, deducted from salary.
• Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
• Bed linen and dishes – bring your own!
• Within walking distance of work (15 min walk)

Work schedule:
• 3 shifts by 8 hours.
• I shift: 06:00 – 14:00.
• II shift: 15:00 – 23:00.
• III shift: 22:00 – 06:00.
• Possibility to work overtime – up to 2 hours per day.
• 5 days a week, Saturday on request.

• Room temperature around +10–19 °C
