Logistics warehouse worker — Rokitno

Promotion: 1 October–31 December 2026. Additional pay of +1.45 PLN net for each hour worked, conditional on 100% attendance. The base rate is shown separately.

Warehouse worker – logistics warehouse of an online store
Employment contract: Umowa Zlecenia

Location: Rokitno (Lubuskie Voivodeship), accommodation in Gorzów Wielkopolski (longer commute to work) or Skwierzyna (commute to work 20 min)

Salary: 26.50 PLN/hour (net) bonuses up to 500 PLN/month by work results Students: up to 26 years of age, payment 32.54 PLN/hour (with a certificate from the place of study)

Schedule: Mon-Sun for 8 – 12 hours (floating day off). Shifts: day/night.
Per month 200 – 240 hours (depending on seasonality). Lunch break: 30 minutes plus one short 15-minute break

Job responsibilities:
INBOUND (receiving goods)
Unloading containers:
Working manually or using an electric cart
When unloading manually, 2–3 people work
Receiving goods:
Scanning goods
Applying labels
Arranging goods in appropriate places

PICK:
Collecting goods from shelves
Working with a scanner
Working with a hand cart

PACK:
Packing goods according to instructions
Working at a table with a computer and a scanner
Applying labels

SORT:
Sorting finished orders on a conveyor
Distribution of parcels by destination

Weight of goods in the warehouse: according to BHP standards

Accommodation and transportation: 620 PLN/month (deducted from salary). Housing depreciation: 100 PLN
(deducted from first salary, when using the provided accommodation)
Additional payment for own housing rental: +2 PLN/hour net
Transport when arranging your own accommodation: 170 PLN/month deducted from pay

Forklift license: 100 PLN (deducted from the first salary)
