Forklift driver (1WJO) – logistics warehouse of the online store

Employment contract: Umowa Zlecenia

Location: Rokitno (Lubuskie Voivodeship), residence in Gorzów Wielkopolski (longer commute to work) or Skwierzyna (commute to work 20 min)
Salary:
31.50 PLN/hour (net)
Students: up to 26 years old payment 37.54 PLN/hour (with a certificate from the place of study)
Schedule: Mon-Sun for 8 – 12 hours (floating day off). Shifts: day/night. Per month 200 – 240 hours (depending on seasonality). Lunch break: 30 minutes plus one short 15-minute break
Responsibilities:
• Operation of a forklift, loading, unloading of upper tiers up to 12 m.
• Preparation of goods for shipment
• Support of warehouse work
Accommodation and transportation: 620 PLN/month (deducted from salary). Housing depreciation: 100 PLN (deducted from the first salary, when using the provided accommodation)
Additional payment for own housing rental: +2 PLN/hour net
Transport when arranging your own accommodation: 170 PLN/month deducted from pay.
Work clothes: clothes and shoes are provided free of charge. If 3 months have not been worked under the contract, 500 PLN (+40 PLN thermal underwear in the winter) is deducted from the salary
Medical care: 200 PLN medical examination, 200 PLN psychological tests (deducted from the first salary)
Important information: each new employee undergoes training with an experienced employee who explains everything. Training lasts 4 days, with 12 hours per shift
Requirements: a UDT category I WJO licence is required
Additional information:
• Documents can be completed on site
• Advances after a week of work – 300 PLN
• Full medical insurance and care of the coordinator
