Man-up forklift operator – online store logistics warehouse

Employment contract: Umowa Zlecenia

Location: Krzyżowice (18 km from Wrocław), residence: Wrocław
Salary:
• 31.50 PLN/hour (net)
Students: up to 26 years, pay 37.54 PLN/hour (net) (upon provision of a certificate from the place of study)
Schedule: Mon-Sun, 8-12 hours (floating) 1-3 days off, depending on the season).
Shifts: day/night, 6:00 – 18:00, 18:00 – 6:00. Monthly hours: 160 – 240 (depending on the season). Lunch break: 30 minutes and one 20 minute.
Responsibilities:
• Forklift operation, loading and unloading upper tiers up to 12 meters.
• Preparing goods for shipment.
• Warehouse support.
Accommodation and transport: PLN 620/month, deducted from wages. A one-time accommodation fee of PLN 100 is deducted from the first salary when using the provided housing.
Own accommodation allowance: +PLN 2 net/hour. Transport then costs PLN 170/month, deducted from wages.
Workwear and shoes are provided free. If employment lasts less than 3 months, PLN 540 is deducted, or PLN 550 in winter.
Medical examination: PLN 200; psychological tests: PLN 200, deducted from the first salary.
I WJO forklift licence required.
Fruit is provided weekly; drinks and sandwiches can be purchased in the canteen. Lounge, table tennis and PlayStation; music during shifts.
Documents can be completed on site. Advance after one week of work: PLN 300. Medical insurance and coordinator support.
