Employment contract: Umowa Zlecenia

Location: Lodz. Piotrków-Trybunalski, Tomaszów Mazowiecki. and other cities near work. Work in Głuchów.

Salary:
• Rate: 25,50 PLN/hour (net) + bonus for exceeding the plan
Students under 26 receive 31.54 PLN/hour (net) (with a certificate from the place of study).

Schedule:
8-12 hours (depends on the amount of work)
• For 8 hours: From 6.00-14.15 and 14.15-22.30
• For 12 hours: 6.00-18.00 and 10.15 -22.30 and 14:00 to 2:00

Lunch break: for 8 work./hour. – 30. minutes.
For a 12-hour shift: one 30-minute break and one 15-minute break.

Responsibilities:
∙Sorting and packaging cosmetics

∙Unloading/loading goods in the warehouse (men)
Each process has standards that must be followed (time for training is given)

Accommodation and transportation 600 PLN/month (deducted from salary). Housing depreciation: 100 PLN (deducted from the first salary, when using the provided accommodation)
Additional payment for own housing rental: 2,50 PLN/hour
Transport when arranging your own accommodation: 200 PLN/month deducted from pay.
(up to 30- 40 minutes)

Work clothes: Work clothes: shoes and T-shirt – provided free of charge (shoes and T-shirt, for men trousers are also provided)
Girls must have their own trousers (without pockets and metal inserts)
If 3 months have not been worked under the contract, 245 zlotys are deducted for clothes.
