General Laborer for Aluminum Profile Production

Duration of employment: minimum 2.5 months
Place of work: Trzcianka
Contract: Umowa Zlecenia

Payment:
• 25,36 PLN/hour (net)
• Students up to 26 years — 31,40 PLN/hour (net) upon presentation of a certificate from their studies

Work schedule:
Mon–Sat, day and night shifts of 8–12 hours. At least 168 working hours per month, plus the possibility of overtime. Paid breaks: 5 minutes every 2 hours and 15 minutes every 4 hours.

Responsibilities:
• Packaging and assembly of products, quality control, production work.
• CNC department – only for candidates with knowledge of Polish (operating machines, reading technical drawings).

Requirements:
Production experience is preferred. Good eyesight, knowledge of Polish and the ability to use a caliper are required.

We offer:
Training for 3–4 days. Potential for transition to a direct contract (Umowa o pracę). Friendly team. Quiet, green city, everything within walking distance, no public transportation.

Accommodation: PLN 400–500/month, deducted from wages. One-time accommodation fee: PLN 100 from the first salary. Own housing allowance: +PLN 2.25/hour.
Workwear and protective equipment are provided free: trousers, sweatshirt, fleece, safety shoes, helmet, goggles, earplugs and gloves.
Medical examination: PLN 150, deducted from the first salary.
Documents completed on site. Advance after one week of work: PLN 300. Medical insurance and coordinator support.
