Pay

Packer: PLN 26 per hour with employer accommodation or PLN 27.50 with your own. After training and experience in packing, progression to line operator may be available: PLN 27.50 or PLN 29 per hour respectively. The source does not specify gross or net. The document lists PLN 31.40 for students under 26, but their acceptance in the current recruitment for ages 27–50 is not confirmed. A PLN 400 advance may be available after the first two weeks.

Schedule

Two shifts, 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00; 5 days on/2 off, optional Saturdays. 180–210 hours per month; additional hours by agreement.

Accommodation and costs

Accommodation: PLN 20 per person per day for individuals and PLN 25 per person per day for couples. Medical examination: PLN 280 deducted from the first salary. Commute arrangements must be confirmed.

Duties and requirements

Picking cardboard products, quality checks, sorting and stacking on pallets, labelling and dispatch preparation, operating and monitoring production machines, and keeping the workplace clean. Elbląg, Poland. Current recruitment: men aged 27–50; experience is not required. Accuracy, responsibility and teamwork are expected.

Employment arrangements
